Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from the Office Depot Foundation. We know that your time and your resources are very valuable. We are pleased to provide this information about our eligibility requirements and grant making guidelines to help you determine if you qualify to apply for funding from the Office Depot Foundation.
The Office Depot Foundation will consider only organizations that can provide proof of qualifying non-profit status, including a tax-exempt determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service or proof of the organization's charitable purpose. If you are a 501(c)(3) organization, school or library, you may be eligible for a cash donation from the Office Depot Foundation.
Due to the large volume of requests, the Office Depot Foundation is unable to fund every proposal. Unsolicited requests and proposals not aligned with the focus or mission will not receive funding.
Organizations that have an outstanding grant with Office Depot or the Office Depot Foundation and who have not completed all reporting or evaluation requirements as requested by the Office Depot Foundation are ineligible to apply for new funds. An organization that is awarded funding will not be considered by the Foundation for funding more than one time per calendar year.

Office Depot makes a limited number of grants to organizations that serve national constituencies, and also funds organizations serving local communities. The eligibility requirements, funding guidelines and application process outlined on these pages are intended only for local organizations.
