Sichuan Province Backpack Donations

Following the devastating earthquake in China in 2008, the Office Depot Foundation donated 1,000 backpacks to Save the Children to be distributed to children who were in need of new school supplies.

Alex Su from Office Depot's Human Resources Division expressed gratitude for the donation on behalf of the students. "I am very happy to let you know that the 1,000 back packs donated by Office Depot Foundation were received by 1,000 pupils from three damaged schools before the New Year. You may see the students' smiles and feel their excitement in the following pictures.
